Lead times across our website are based on UK mainland deliveries and no not include worldwide shipping. The following information applies to Europe and worldwide destinations.
Our standard shipping on large items that are unable to be delivered by our standard courier will arrive 4 – 6 weeks after they have been dispatched by us. All large, bulky orders will travel by sea freight to port but can be delivered to door if requested. We will contact you after placing an order to confirm delivery options. But generally our standard shipping to your chosen port is free of charge.
With us having such a large inventory of products all varying in shape, size and weight. Sometimes delivery charges may vary. If this happens we will contact you and discuss additional shipping options with you.
Small items will arrive with you within 2 – 9 working days from leaving us. If the items in stock, we will process the delivery within 2 working days.
Delivery times are stated from when we dispatch the items from our warehouse and does not include the time it takes for orders to be made.
When bulky orders are dispatched from our warehouse, these items are transported to our freight specialist. Our freight specialist predicts timescales of 30 – 45 days. These items include Sofas, Dining Tables, Dining Chairs, Armchairs & Coffee Tables etc. Documentation for export can sometimes cause delays but only by 5 – 10 working days. But we do our very best to make sure delays are kept to a minimum. The above times are a ‘worst case scenario’.
Even though we offer free worldwide delivery to all customers unless contacted. Customs and clearance fees, duties, taxes, quarantine & fumigation fees are not covered in our free delivery and will need to be paid by you (the customer) prior to delivery. If these payments are not made, return of goods and further costs will be incurred to you (the customer).
Residents of Turkey can avoid road tax fees by purchasing special delivery options by air, this will make custom fees much cheaper, and we will contact you if this applies to your order.
All larger orders for delivery to Brazil, Brunei, Chile and Nigeria will be to port only, you will be required to arrange delivery from your chosen port.
We ask for you to make sure you are aware of your countries importing rules and regulations, if you are unsure please contact your local customs office for further assistance.
Installation is not available for international orders, our white glove service is only available for residents of the United Kingdom. All deliveries are curb-side and the delivery company may require assistance with unloading larger furniture items.
If you have ordered a group of products, we will ship all items out on a single shipment to bring shipping costs to a minimum. We will contact you if there are any issues with delivery.
